487th Fighter Squadron T-Shirt
The 487th Fighter Squadron was one of three Squadrons that made up the famous 352nd Fighter Group, flying out of RAF Bodney in Norfolk. Our 487th Fighter Squadron T-Shirt is our tribute to this amazing outfit!
Since the war they have become affectionately known as the "Bluenosed Bastards of Bodney" in honour of their blue spinner and engine cowlings, a Group marking. The 487th included some of the highest scoring Fighter Aces of WWII, including Major George Preddy, who was highest scoring Mustang Ace.
